We run a dozen client projects at once and needed one view of all repositories, tasks, AI token consumption, and system health. So we built ourselves a local control panel that aggregates everything: kanban boards that read and write to markdown files, git status across all repos, Claude usage tracking, and system health monitoring.
This dashboard is Emberloom's own tool, not a client build, made as a demonstration of what the platform can produce. Client work spans a dozen separate repositories, task boards, and monitoring dashboards that never talked to each other. Checking on a project meant logging into GitHub for one signal, a kanban board for another, and a separate tool for AI usage and system health. That context-switching was eating into hours that should have gone into client work.
