A premium bag manufacturer needed to give wholesale buyers access to volume-based pricing without sending custom quotes for every inquiry. The existing process was email-based. We built a password-protected price calculator where buyers see their tier pricing and place orders directly.
The situation
Every wholesale inquiry ran through the same email loop. A buyer would ask for prices, someone would look up the tier, type up a PDF, and send it back. There was no way for a buyer who already knew their tier to place an order without waiting for a reply.

Result
What was replaced: the email loop, where someone looked up the buyer's tier, typed up a PDF and sent it back.
A buyer who already knows their tier now places an order directly through the calculator, without emailing for a quote or waiting for a reply. The manual work of looking up pricing and typing up a PDF for every inquiry is gone, replaced by a direct order form. Buyers on mobile, and buyers who need another language, get the same self-service experience as anyone else.
